Pietramala is a small, intimate restaurant in Philadelphia. Ian Graye and company focus their food around produce from Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. Our pantry is made in-house or sourced from local like-minded artisans. We focus on seasonality, fermentation, and preservation. It is a Michelin Green Star restaurant.

Hello Donuts

Hello Donuts was dreamed up in a Fishtown coffee shop between Joseph Marro, Ben Walsh, and Zack Zarrillo in Spring 2017. Hello served its last donut on December 1, 2024.
